  Stayed at Perisher Manor 8/9 - 11/9, the location was amazing ..... Unfortunately it ended there, the rooms are so dated, small and unhygienic. The blanket on the bed had dirt marks all over it, mould in the bathrooms. I don't know who is managing this hotel but they could not care less about there product. Breakfast was not a bad spread but you would not want to eat it more than two days as there was as much love put into it as the rooms. When dinner was served as if the hotel is not making enough money they try to claw it back with serving half size meals, entre two prawns, main four peices of chicken and undercooked rice. The fact that they take no security for there locker rooms and instead of having locks on them they charge you $8 for a padlock. No secured room for locking your personal belonging away on the last day, and when asked about a late check out was a flat no which no care to even check if it could happen. Understandably on snow is never the cheapest but valve for money was poor, would not recommend to any one.

  Had my snowboard boots stolen from their drying room. Other guests had boots and a snowboard stolen, and they don't have security cameras. I was forced to hire boots but the hotel refused any compensation stating that we leave our items in their drying room at our own risk. If you must stay here, store everything you can in your room, and bring a padlock for your locker.

  Location is excellent, food provided was great and rooms were clean. But they really need to fix up their security as it completely ruined my stay here.

  Stayed for 5nights, good position close to the ski lift for easy access and not too far from other amenities. However, management here needs to keep on top of their staff as service standards slide e.g. all items of the hot buffet breakfast were cold on the first morning with eggs undercooked, management very apologetic and breakfast great for the next 2 mornings with the addition of heated plates. Fourth morning, cold 'hot' breakfast again. Drink prices in the bar are exorbitant and are higher than anywhere else in Perisher. Even though your rooms are available when you arrive at whatever time, they make you wait until 3.30pm to check in. Other hotels we have stayed in allow you access to your room if ready, not here.
